the hotel was modern and clean, very well maintained, i observed. i liked that location was convenient, found between airport and main city center. it had walking distance to four different metro stations. this made visiting easy.
the lobby previously had vending machines for water but they removed them. check in felt complex. i was asked to provide my old passport number and i could not remember it.

i found the room modern and clean it was much nicer than other hotels i have stayed in. the beds were very comfortable. the reception was open 24 hours and the staff were always very helpful.
the lobby always broadcast news in spanish i had to listen about the world's problems during my meal

the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. the location was convenient with metro access nearby. i found several restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, which i appreciated.
The reception was understaffed causing check-in delays. i noticed that the wi-fi was only free in the lobby and required payment for in-room access. the room cleaning was inconsistent one day. The toilet was not properly cleaned and i received floor mats instead of bath towels.
